In France, winter season means Raclette. This Swiss dish is also popular in France during winter season. It is made of melted raclette cheese scraped over boiled potatoes and eaten with ham, cured meat and cornichons pickles.
You can enjoy a little version in the shop but also pre-order a "Raclette Platter" with raclette cheese and cured meat to take away for your raclette parties at home. Details will be released in October.
